What can I say about this latest Shaede Assassin novel? It was awesome! Crave the Darkness is my favorite in the series. I loved all of the angst in this book. I literally felt depressed like Darian, I felt her anger and I felt her determination. Feeling the same emotions of a character in a book is a true testament of a great writer.While I am definitely Team Tyler, I did fall prey to Xander in this book!

I highly recommend this series!

I love this new series! Xander and Ty... Ty and Xander... I love all of the twists and turns and unexpected events! This is a must read!
I love these books, Darian is a great character. I wait for these books to be released - and am never disappointed when I get the latest copy. Amanda is a new author; I hope to see more from her. If you like paranormal, these are must reads!
Darian new assignment is to protect Anya and they very dislike each other. This give the excuse for Xander and Raif to want Darian to move into Xander's...palace. Darian's broken heart is very fragile at this time but maybe this is what she needs after all!

I didn't like Darian much in this one, but better than the last book. I also don't appreciate this author teasing us with Xander, and it made me dislike Darian even more. Xander is right Darian is always running from her problem, it's time to get over it and move on. I thought he gave her some really good advice and tried his very best to protect her, yes it he's an opportunitist but he is a King alfer all! Xander is a better choice!
This is a fantastic series! You won't regret it. Fun urban fantasy that doesn't disappoint. I couldn't put it down and bought every book in the series and was sad it was over.
This installment of the series starts to expand the greater world of Shaede Assassin, the previous ones having established just how isolated the protagonist has been, and her introduction to the society of her kindred. In this one, we start to see just how the society of Shaedes interacts with other factions.
After reading the 2nd book, I was close to giving up on this series as I found the 2nd book rather boring. Having said that, the 3rd book in this series does pick up pace and it is worth the read. The storyline is not as predictedable as the 2nd book and overall I found it rather enjoyable. It does not rank as an awesome read but it is slightly better than average.
